Pet Policy
Animals are accepted where application is made, no more than 2 animals will be allowed per apartment home. A $200 refundable pet deposit, and a $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be required, and a pet rent charge of $35 per month for one pet, $50 per month for two pets will be required. There is no weight restriction however animals should be full-grown or no less than six (6) months of age. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed unless they are considered a Companion Pet. Companion Pet ownership will require a signed letter from a licensed physician or psychologist documenting the need for the pet. The letter must be dated within the last 90 days and must also include the individual (must be on the lease) requiring the pet, the pet description (name and breed), and the reason and or recommendation for the ownership of the pet. Ownership of Companion Pets is based on approval from management, no charges will apply. Aquariums will be allowed with a 30 gallons maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
